1. General Provisions 1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the provision of services by "Kaif - Jungle & Spa" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and establishes the rights and obligations of both parties. 1.2. Services include access to the sports complex, which includes a beauty salon, restaurant, gym, and kids’ club (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). 1.3. By using the Company's services, you confirm your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties2.1. User Rights:
Access the Company’s services within the scope of a paid subscription or membership.
Use the Company's facilities in accordance with the established rules.
Request assistance or consultation from Company staff regarding the Services.
2.2. User Obligations:
Comply with the rules of the Complex as outlined on the official website and on-site.
Treat the Company's property with care.
Refrain from actions that infringe on the rights of other visitors and staff.
For visits to the kids' club: accompany the child or provide written consent for the child to stay under staff supervision.
2.3. Company Rights:
Refuse to provide services in case of a violation of this Agreement or the rules by the User.
Modify the list and cost of services with prior notification to Users via the official website or other convenient means.
2.4. Company Obligations:
Provide services in accordance with their description and the terms of the subscription or membership.
Ensure the safety of equipment and facilities for comfortable use.
Inform Users of any changes in the operation of the Complex.
3. Payment Terms 3.1. Services are provided on a paid basis. Prices are listed on the official website or in the Company's price lists. 3.2. In the event of booking cancellations or changes, the User must notify the Company in advance, in accordance with the established rules.
4. Privacy and Personal Data Processing 4.1. By using the Company’s services, the User provides personal data (e.g., name, contact details). 4.2. The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the data and use it solely for the provision of services. 4.3. The User has the right to request the deletion of their personal data by submitting a request via the Company's official website.
5. Liability of the Parties 5.1. The Company is not liable for injuries resulting from the User's violation of the rules or failure to follow safety guidelines. 5.2. The User is responsible for damages caused to the Company's property and must compensate for such damages.
6. Changes to the Agreement 6.1. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. The updated version will be available on the Company’s official website. 6.2. Continued use of the services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
7. Miscellaneous 7.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the court at the Company’s registered location. 7.2. This Agreement takes effect upon its acceptance by the User and remains valid until the completion of the services.
